Terms of sale and delivery

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers via the online store cliniccare.no.

2. Payment

  • All prices are in NOK incl. VAT.
  • Payment can be made by card (Visa/Mastercard), Vipps and/or Klarna (invoice/partial payment). The terms and conditions of the selected payment provider apply at any time.
  • The amount is only deducted once the order has been confirmed and shipped from our warehouse.

3. Delivery

  • Orders are normally packed within 1–3 business days and sent with Bring/Posten or an equivalent carrier.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on delivery address. Deviations may occur due to promotions/unforeseen events.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before confirmation. Free shipping over 1000,-kr.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly by email within the deadline.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and in unopened/sealed packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, Opened skincare products cannot be returned .
  • Buyer covers return postage when using the right of withdrawal. Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

5. Return

  • Return address: PO Box 3606 Bislet, 0136 OSLO.
  • Recommended to send as track shipment. The buyer bears the risk until the goods are received by us.
  • Unclaimed packages are not considered valid returns and may be subject to handling and shipping fees.

6. Complaints handling

In the event of a defect/fault, the Consumer Purchase Act applies. Report in writing within a reasonable time (no later than 2 years - possibly 5 years for goods intended to last significantly longer).

  • Depending on the circumstances, we will repair/replace the item, offer a price discount or cancel the purchase.
  • Contact: info@cliniccare.no – mark the email “Complaint” and attach the order number and pictures.

7. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian law. Information is used for order processing, customer dialogue and service improvement, and is only shared with necessary subcontractors (payment, shipping). See our privacy policy for details.

8. Conflict resolution

Disputes are sought to be resolved amicably. Consumers may bring a case before the Consumer Council/Consumer Complaints Committee. Norwegian law applies. Jurisdiction: Oslo District Court.

9. Changes

The terms and conditions may be updated as needed. The latest version is published at cliniccare.no .
