Cliniccare uses shipping and delivery services from Bring/Posten.

All our packages are shipped with Bring/Posten.

Our shipping options

  • Pick up in store (Bring/Posten delivery location)
  • Home delivery with Bring
  • Delivery to parcel machine

It is important to us that shopping with us is a stress-free experience.

Pick up in store – In collaboration with Bring/Posten

With Pick Up in Store you can choose between several Bring/Posten delivery locations. You will be notified by SMS and email when your package arrives at the selected delivery location.

Home delivery – In collaboration with Bring

Do you want your package delivered to your home? Bring offers home delivery directly to your address. Once the package has been sent, you will receive information about the delivery time.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are not collected within the deadline, Cliniccare reserves the right to charge a fee of NOK 250 for the costs incurred by us in the dispatch. Uncollected packages are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Tracking

Pick up in store: Packages to be picked up in store can be tracked at www.bring.no .

You should have received your tracking number in an email. If you have not received the tracking number or need it resented, please send an email to info@cliniccare.no . We will respond as soon as possible.

Packing and shipping

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that there may be increased processing and delivery times during holidays.
