Shipping and returns

We will send you an email each time the status of your order is updated. You will receive an email when we have received your order and when it has been shipped from us.

We deliver to all of Norway.
If you would like delivery outside of Norway, please send us an email.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, you do not need our return address. Send an email to customer service and mark the email with RETURN and the order number in the subject line.

You will then receive a return label and shipping information. The return label provides free shipping and returns.

Yes, you absolutely can, as long as the item is unused.

Ugh, that's just not supposed to happen. Go to our returns page for instructions on how to complete a return. When we receive the returned item and the return form is completed, we will send you a new one or refund the money via the payment method you used when you purchased the product.

To have a return approved, you must fill out our returns form. You can then use the return slip to send the item(s) back to us.
If the item has been used, unfortunately no returns or exchanges of the product will be accepted.

Fill out our returns form. We need your order number, email and a short description of why you want to return the product. Then send the item(s) you want to return back to us. When we receive your return you will receive a confirmation email, and we will refund the money via the payment method you used when you purchased the product.

The entire return process takes approximately 10-14 business days. From the time you receive a confirmation email that we have received the return, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for the money to be back in your account.
